About Dr. Chandrasoma

Shahin Chandrasoma, MD, is one of the skilled urologists practicing at Pasadena Urological Medical Group in Pasadena, California. His mission is to provide comprehensive urological care to individuals living in Southern California. 

A lifelong Los Angeleno, Dr. Chandrasoma spent a total of fifteen years at the University of Southern California, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in biological sciences, a Bachelor of Arts in creative writing, earned a Doctor of Medicine, and completed a residency in urology.

He then received additional fellowship training in minimally invasive urologic surgery, including laparoscopic/robotic surgery and endourology.

Dr. Chandrasoma is currently the only urologist in Pasadena with additional fellowship training in minimally invasive urology, including laparoscopy, surgical robotics, and endourology.

Outside of the office, Dr. Chandrasoma's interests include writing, art, film, and cooking. He lives in Pasadena with his wife and three children.
